Terms & Conditions

We ask all our clients to review our terms and conditions before scheduling any grooming service appointments. It is also asked that you bring a signed copy of this document upon arrival.

Liability:

During the pet grooming process, we make sure that your pet is well taken care of. However, it is essential for you, the client, to understand that we would be held responsible for your pet’s pre-existing conditions and problems during the grooming process. Should there be any concerns that we must work with, it is the client’s responsibility to make sure they notify us before scheduling an appointment. Please understand Paw Spa reserves the right to deny service based on said health conditions should we feel our services in any way may jeopardize your pet’s health.

Missed Appointments &/or Cancellation:

Every scheduled appointment is followed by confirmation via text messages/calls. We will text and email you a courtesy reminder 24 hours before your appointment. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Paw Spa leverages its customers with a “Zero fee deduction,” if the appointment is canceled/rescheduled in or prior to a 24-hour timeframe. Failure to contact us after 24 hours-notice of appointment time will result in a 50% deduction fee of your overall charges. If you miss your appointment without giving 24-hour prior notice, you are entitled to full fee deduction, and no requests for reimbursements will be allowed.

Payment Info:

Payment is due upon scheduling your appointment. We only accept payments via credit/debit cards.

Pre-Existing Conditions:

Here, at Paw Spa, we dedicate ourselves to offering pet grooming services, and we take special care of your pet through these services. However, we know that some pets have pre-existing conditions and may require medical attention. If a medical emergency occurs during the service, we will attempt to get in touch with you. However, if you are unreachable, we might have to take your pet to the nearest veterinarian and seek medical help, at the expense of the owner of the pet.

Working With Senior Pets:

With grooming senior pets or pets with prior health conditions, we will make sure to handle the pet in a way that would not worsen any medical conditions. If it is difficult for them to deal with longer grooming time frames, such pets will only be groomed for cleanliness.

Aggressive Pets:

The owner’s responsibility is to inform the caretakers and groomers at Paw Spa if their pets are aggressive towards people, other animals, or any type of grooming process. If your pet is aggressive, we may use muzzles, if necessary. However, muzzling your pet will not harm them. Should the groomer feel there is any safety concerns, the service will be terminated at that time, and a refund of 50% will be provide to the owner.

Photo Release:

Owners must know that we might take pictures of your pet before and after the grooming process. These pictures would be used for our social media handles, website, and/or for advertising.
